Exclusive collaboration agreement between I&SI SpA and the Uruguayan company RONTIL S.A. Montevideo, 9th December, 2003. Mrs Mònica Izaguirre Feijò, Directora of RONTIL S.A. company, and Mr Nazzareno Graziosi, Administrator of I&SI Spa agreed for an exclusive collaboration to develop promotion activities, products sales and I&SI systems on the Uruguayan market. Next months both companies will define all different aspects of the operation. Its main aim is the collaboration for developing systems which could fit for the specific exigencies of the Uruguayan market.
