INFORMATIVE REPORT

As for the article 13 of “Law Code for personal data protection” ( C.d. “Single Text”) issued by d.Igs. n. 196/2003, we inform you that I&SI S.p.A. processes personal data who have of theirs own free will directly communicated, by telephone, fax and by e/mail their personal data to our offices.
In conformity with the fore mentioned law (art.2) I&SI S.p.A guarantees that the processing of personal data is taken place according to the full respect of the rights and the fundamental freedom, and also of the dignity of the interested person, with a particular reference to discretion, to personal identity and of the right to protection of personal data.

ORIGIN OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data held by I&SI S.p.A ( later referred as “Society”) are collected directly with the interested ones.

PURPOSES OF PROCESS ING AND CONSENT

The personal data and their processing are exclusively directed to the execution and the fulfilments connected with the financial activity of the industry, like the supplying of products and requested services.
Any person who is interested has the faculty of not authorizing the process of his personal data by denying his own consent.
The consent to personal data processing is also necessary for the execution of activities not strictly connected with the above mentioned purposes and in particular for:

·	inserting personal data in the industry database;

·	issuing transports documents, invoices and credit notes;

·	issuing estimates and offers to  active or potential customers;

·	issuing requests of offers to active or potential suppliers;

·	keeping ordinary accountancy and tax;

·	managing incomes and payments;

·	sending technical and/or commercial information concerning active or potential customers’ own activities;

·	elaborating internal statistics in order to monitor the customers’ degree of satisfaction;

·	exchanging communication regarding administration and financial activity of the industry by telephone, post, courier, fax, e/mail and through reserved and private areas of internet site www.isisw.com;

·	satisfying the obligations provided for in law, Community regulations, tax and civil regulations.

TERMS OF PROCESSING

The Society carries out the personal data processing through manual, processed and computerized instruments for the above mentioned purposes, in order to guarantee security and discretion of the same by the Responsible and the persons in charge of the personal data processing, in respect of the security measures taken by the Society and according to the law of the guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data. Such data will be kept untill they are needed for the management of contractual relationship with the firm society remaining the obligation deriving from the by the legal and tax law.

COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION

To carry out the above mentioned purposes, the Society will be able to communicate its data, either in paper or processed, to collaborators, technicians or consultants or to other offices of this Society or to checked or checking societies, in respect of the conditions set by the law.
In any case, personal data will not be subjected to diffusion, unless in case of being necessary, will be communicated to:

·	the faculty of access to such data to all subjects is recognized by the law regulations;
·	post offices, shipping agents, couriers to send documents and/or materials;
·	all public or private natural or legal persons ( Legal Consultants Office, Legal Office, Trade Office etc.) when communication is necessary to the fulfilment of our activity and in the above mentioned ways and purposes;
·	banks for the management of takings and payments drawn by the execution of contracts.

For these cases only essential data will be communicated, and not excess to the purposes for which have been communicated.

TYPE OF COLLECTION AND CONSEQUENSES OF AN EVENTUAL UNSUCCESSFUL   CONFERRING

The conferring of own personal data, by the subjects who wish to start a business relation with our society, even if purely informative on our activities/servic es, is to be considered optional, but their non-conferring could lead to the unsuccessful prosecution of the relation, of its correct development and of the eventual fulfilments of law and tax. Data are preserved at the site of our Society for the time prescribed by the legal and tax law.

ARTICLE 7- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PERSON

The interested people have the rights as in the art.7 of Single Text that for simplifying is here after entirely reported:

Art.7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)

1.  The interested has the right to have a confirmation of the existence of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2.  The interested has the right to receive indication:

a)  of the origin of personal data;

b)  of purposes and ways of processing;

c)  of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out by electronic means;

d) of the identification of the holder, the responsible and of the representative appointed as for the art.5 comma 2;

e)  of subjects and categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or can come to know as representative appointed in the State territory, of responsible or in charge.

3.  The interested has the right to obtain:

a)  updating, correction or else, when interested, the integration of data;

b) cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the whole processed data in law violation , also those of which is not necessary the conservation in relation to purposes for which data have been collected or subsequently processed;

c) the declaration that the operations in letter a) and b) have been acknowledged, also as far as concerns their content, of whom to which data have been communicated or diffused, for the exception the case in which such fulfilments is impossible or involves an employments of means openly disproportionate in accordance to the protected right.

4.  The interested has the right to oppose, in all or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to his own personal data processing, and also concerning the purpose of collection;

b) to the processing of his own personal data for the sending of advertising materials or direct sale or for the achievement of market research or business communication.

RESPONSIBLE HOLDER

The holder of personal data processing is I.&S.I. S.p.A, with legal site in Rome, Via Panama n.52 00198 Roma, in the name of the legal representative, Mr. Paolo Graziosi. Internal responsible of data processing are Mr. M. Rini, G. Sigismondi, D. Fabbri, P.Bevivino, F.Rossi hereabove sited.
You can address the holder of data processing or the responsible to assert yourself of Your rights, according to art.7 of Single Text  or to submit written request of any further information about it through registered letter, fax or e/mail.

CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Having acknowledged the Informative according to art.13 of Single Text and in particular the rights to me granted by the art.7 of the Single Text, I freely express my consent so that the Society carries out the processing of my personal data always for the instrumental purposes to the principal aims specified by the Society in the mentioned Informative report.
